Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, and mid-term upgrades are prorated by the remaining days; data packs last until used up, with no expiry date.
Monthly plans are billed by time and reset every month; data packs are billed by usage and last until used up. Both use the same routes and the same clients — the only difference is billing method and data allowance.

Data packs use the same subscription and the same clients as monthly plans; usage is deducted as you go, not billed by time.
All three tiers have identical routes, device limits, clients and refund policy — only the monthly data allowance differs. Here is the breakdown by use case.
This is the smallest allowance of the three, suited to one person on one or two devices, mostly browsing and email. For research, asking AI tools questions and the occasional episode, 60GB is comfortable; having a phone and a laptop online at the same time costs nothing extra, because the plan itself has no device limit.
The limits are just as clear: long 4K playback, all-night downloads, or several devices online for long periods will drain 60GB quickly. Data resets each month on your activation date and is not topped up automatically when you run out — to keep going, add a data pack, which lasts until used up and never expires.
The most popular of the three, and the one marked "Best value" on this site. 250GB covers more ground: two or three people sharing, work by day and streaming by night, phone and laptop online together — you rarely need to watch the remaining data.
If you have used the 60GB tier for a while and keep running out early each month, moving up to this tier is usually enough. Switching happens in the user panel, and a mid-term upgrade is prorated by the remaining days, so you don't pay for a whole month again.
For households or small teams with a clear idea of their usage. 500GB supports several devices online at once, long 4K playback and regular large-file syncing, without switching devices around to save data.
If you can't get through 500GB in a month, the monthly allowance is more than you need and a data pack may suit you better: data packs last until used up and never expire, so you don't pay monthly for allowance you never touch.
The three data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they are not billed by time and last until used up.
A data pack is a one-time purchase deducted by usage until it runs out, with no expiry date — a 300GB pack bought today can be spread over several months. Because it isn't billed by time, there is no "use it or lose it" each month.
Three common cases: first, topping up when the monthly allowance isn't enough, to cover the rest of the month; second, needing international routes only on business trips or holidays, with no use for a monthly plan the rest of the time; third, irregular usage where monthly billing doesn't fit. In all three cases you just buy a data pack, without touching your existing monthly plan.
Data packs run on the same subscription and clients as monthly plans, with the same route coverage and the same unlimited simultaneous devices. Which pack to buy depends on how long you expect it to last: 300GB for occasional top-ups, 1000GB for long-term backup, 3000GB for shared use or several devices online for long periods.
When data resets, how upgrades are prorated, and what to do when you run out — three rules, spelled out before you order.
Monthly plan data resets every month on your activation date. An account activated on the 5th resets on the 5th of each following month, not on the 1st with everyone else. After the reset the allowance returns to the full amount for your tier; unused data does not roll over.
The reset date is tied to your activation date, so upgrading mid-month doesn't change it; the allowance after the upgrade follows the new tier.
When you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days, so you never pay twice for days already gone. Upgrades are completed in the user panel, and the prorated amount is shown at checkout.
Moving from the 60GB tier to 250GB, or from 250GB to 500GB, follows the same proration rule.
When the month's data runs out, you can add a data pack and keep using the same subscription and the same clients, without waiting for the next reset date. Data packs last until used up and never expire, so unused allowance stays with you.
If you find yourself topping up several months in a row, your current tier is probably too small — upgrading to the next tier is simpler, and the upgrade difference is still prorated by the remaining days.
All three monthly plans and all three data packs are identical on these points; only the data allowance and billing method differ.
On routes: this site offers 90+ countries and 190+ routes, split into IEPL dedicated, relay and direct types. IEPL dedicated routes run on a separate channel and suit evening-peak video and video calls; relay routes balance price against stability; direct routes have low latency and suit nearby access. In the client you can filter by region or by route type.
On devices: there is no device limit, and the same account can be signed in on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux at the same time, with no second licence to buy. Setting up an account needs only a username and password — no email address — so activation is shorter than the usual form-heavy process.
Same routes, same clients; the difference is billing method and validity. The table below matches the price overview at the top of the page.
| Item | Monthly plan | Data pack |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ¥9.9 / ¥18 / ¥28, billed monthly | ¥158 / ¥358 / ¥658, one-time purchase |
| Data | 60GB / 250GB / 500GB | 300GB / 1000GB / 3000GB |
| Validity | Resets monthly on your activation date | Lasts until used up, never expires |
| Simultaneous devices | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Route coverage | 90+ countries / 190+ routes | 90+ countries / 190+ routes |
| Clients | Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux | Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux |
| Changes mid-term | Upgrade difference prorated by remaining days | Buy another pack when it runs out |
| Refund | 7-day no-questions refund | 7-day no-questions refund |
Monthly plans suit steady month-to-month usage; data packs suit concentrated usage or a long-term backup; you can combine both as needed.
Three options — Alipay, WeChat and USDT — chosen in the user panel at checkout.
Choose Alipay at checkout and follow the prompts in the panel. A good fit if you already settle payments with Alipay, since the payment shows up in your Alipay bill.
Same flow as Alipay: choose WeChat in the panel, then scan the code or follow the redirect to pay. Once payment is done, return to the panel to check the order status.
For users who prefer to settle with digital assets. Transfer the amount shown in the panel to the address given, then confirm the status on the order page.
Payment happens in the user panel: pick a plan or data pack, choose a payment method, then follow the on-screen steps. After payment the order appears in the panel's order list, and the subscription status is shown there too. All three payment methods use the same prices — the method never changes the price.
If the page closes during payment, reopen the order page in the panel to see the status of that order; there is no need to order again. If an order status doesn't match your payment record, open a ticket in the panel with the order number and the team will check it.
7-day no-questions refund: open a ticket in the user panel with your order number — no reason required.
7-day no-questions refund. Apply from the ticket page in the user panel: create a ticket, choose the refund category and add your order number — no reason needed. Refunds go back the way they came: Alipay and WeChat to the original payment account, USDT to the original transfer address.
If a particular route is poor at a particular time of day, try another route or another route type in the client first — the route list marks IEPL dedicated, relay and direct, and switching often solves it, so there is no rush to start a refund.
Six questions about price, data, payment and refunds, each answered with concrete numbers.
